The clear formula allows it to be used on all surfaces without leaving any noticeable stains. Instructions: Clean both surfaces thoroughly using Angelus Leather Preparer & Deglazer or pure acetone. Apply Angelus Clear Shoe Cement to both surfaces. **Allow to sit for 15 minutes to an hour?before?pressing together** Press both articles together firmly. Clamp both surfaces together an entire hour.
