Description Angelus Clear Shoe Cement works perfectly on rubber, leather, plastic, vinyl, fabrics & much more. This all purpose glue is a must-have for anyone that needs to re-glue the soles to their shoes or anything else you?can think of. The clear formula allows it to be used on all surfaces without leaving any noticeable stains. Instructions: Clean both surfaces thoroughly using Angelus Leather Preparer & Deglazer or pure acetone. Apply Angelus Clear Shoe Cement to both surfaces. **Allow to sit for 15 minutes to an hour?before?pressing together** Press both articles together firmly. Clamp both surfaces together an entire hour. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before wearing.
